EML Senior Living was founded with one goal: create a place where elderly adults feel safe, loved, and at home. Not a facility. A real home with real people who genuinely care.
We keep our community small at 15 beds because personal attention matters. Every caregiver knows every resident by name, by preference, by personality. That level of care is not possible in a large facility.
Families trust us because we communicate, we answer the phone, and we treat their loved ones the way we would want our own parents treated.

How EML
Came to Be
EML Senior Living was born from a personal experience. Our founder watched a family member struggle in a large, impersonal nursing facility and knew there had to be a better way.
In 2014 we opened our doors in Elk Grove with a simple promise: treat every resident like a member of our own family. Ten years later that promise still drives every decision we make.
